Hello fellow Corona Developers!

I am releasing a site I’ve been working on for several months that will showcase mobile apps! It is a mobile app search engine that indexes the app stores and makes it easier for people to find new apps and games. I am releasing it on Cyber Monday (11/28/11) at 12:01am.
The first 100 developers (or review sites) to sign up get credit for 1 MONTH FREE advertising!
There is also an app submission tool so you can be included in the search listings - always free. I have several more tools in the works to help you promote your apps!

Absolutely no commitments! All you’re doing is making an account so that the credit can be applied to that account. Set your name, country, email, and password to register. That’s it!

Then you have full access to the developer section of the site, the ability to create ads, and soon a host of tools to help market your apps!

This is a beta release of the site. I’m doing everything in my power short of walking the streets with signs to drive traffic to it to get your ads more exposure. So, with this in mind - the current price is $50 / mo for a rotating banner ad.

The price, and perhaps the price structure will change within the first year of operation.

Being one of the first 100 signups will get you a $50 credit to use.

Yep! You can sign up at any time and use all of the free services available to developers! Being one of the very first to sign up will get you the $50 credit. It will just sit in your account until you are ready to use it!

FREE ad space is still available. Note there is no commitment, no payment information required, no contracts, no gimmick. This is a beta website and I’d like your feedback. That is the point of giving away ad space. Tell me what you’d like to see, What tools or options you’d like to see as mobile developers! I built this site knowing what I’d like to see as a Corona developer, I’d like to see what you think!

So sign up, post your ad for free! Might as well get some free ad space for your app!

Once you go into any subsection you don’t have a link to go back to the home page search. Suggest you keep a home link somewhere as not everyone knows to click on your logo. Great illustrations btw.
I’m also wondering how your search works as there were a bunch of app names i searched for, even directly by name and they didn’t even show up in your search. So does that mean if any games are not in any store’s 1000 ranking they won’t even be displayed on your search? Rather odd and definitely doesn’t help games that are no longer on the ranking lists. Thank you for your comments! I will look into the homepage link. The site is in beta and is currently only indexing a limited amount (a bit less than 50,000) apps from the App Store. I am working on ‘smart’ crawlers to go and find the apps that are not necessarily in the top rankings. As I get closer to being finished with the crawlers, it will start to index more and more apps. There is a “submit your app” page (http://www.appvapp.com/submitapp) if you would like your app to be indexed faster.

That is exactly the point to this website, to find those apps that may not be in the top listings on the App Store or Android Market, but are still awesome apps.
