Nate Dicken, founder of BorderLeap, recently told us about their latest game, Minimize. This Corona-built game has been featured in the App Store in countries around the world and was even featured as one of Apple TV’s “Best New Games.”

In Minimize, each level builds upon the previous level. The goal is to reduce the number of tiles on each level by swiping to change the direction of gravity. This allows tiles to slide and, when like-colored tiles slide together, they are removed. The game features:

  • 100 colorful handcrafted levels
  • Simple isometric design
  • Relaxing sound track
  • A clean, simple user interface

The game is available for iOS and tvOS for $2.99 and it’s an amazing example of what you can build with Corona. Join us in the Corona Forums and let us know what you think about BorderLeap’s latest game!

I purchased this game a little while back.  The levels are good and the music is well done.  I play sometimes during lunch breaks and while my 4 year old daughter watches kid shows (only can watch those episodes so many times!).

Congrats to Borderleap!

Go Borderleap!  I feel inspired to create something for tvOS now.  I haven’t been taking it seriously due to the lack of touchscreen capabilities but this makes me rethink my decision.
