G2 Carousel pseodo 3D transforms - SOLVED

Some time ago I ask about help with pseudo 3D carousel effect. Haven’t much time until that but here is a solution. This turned out to be very easy with G2 :slight_smile:

Sample code based on SlideView code example: http://www.concat.pl/download/3dcarousel.zip

Would love to see your solution. Attachment missing though. Thanks much for sharing.

Yeah so I put zip file on my server. Feel free to download and use it :slight_smile:

Super. I see the link now. Thank you very much for sharing.

Very nice. Just grabbed the Photos subfolder from the Business App Sample and dropped the following in your slideView.lua to see it with some real photos. Great work. Thanks

local myImages = {

    “photos/Arch01.jpg”,

    “photos/Biloxi05.jpg”,

    “photos/Butterfly01.jpg”,

    “photos/DSC6722.jpg”,

    “photos/DSC_7743.jpg”,

    “photos/ElCap.jpg”,

    “photos/FlaKeysSunset.jpg”,

    “photos/MaimiSkyline.jpg”,

    “photos/MtRanier8x10.jpg”,

    “photos/Tulip.jpg”,

    “photos/WhiteTiger.jpg”,

    “photos/Yosemite Valley.jpg”,

    “photos/Yosemite2013_Mule_Deer04.jpg”,

    “photos/bfly2.jpg”,

    “photos/bodieIsland.jpg”,

}

There was no time to put more attention to this code cuz whole last project has crazy timeline. Use storyboard instead of old fashion module would give you much more possibility :)

Sure thing. Thanks much for sharing.
