Sorry to be obtuse and I realize we’re into the realm of “maybe” here, but does that mean there might be multiplayer support in ~3 months? (Assuming a “drop” happens roughly once a month…)
Thanks for the info. We really want to go with Corona for a big lineup of upcoming games (mostly official adaptations of board games, BTW) but we need to have some idea of where multiplayer fits in your roadmap before we can make a decision.
We’ll definitely look at Corona for other cross-platform games in the meantime. Great stuff!
I’ll add my voice as well - would love to see multiplayer capability!
Also, I’m not sure if this question has been answered in a different thread; Is there any way to implement Game Center manually after exporting the code from Corona?
Bottom line is, our game absolutely requires multiplayer, and we can’t go forward with Corona if there’s no work-around… [import]uid: 45684 topic_id: 7099 reply_id: 28165[/import]
+1 multiplayer…
I’m interested only in buidling MP games, but gonna keep learning corona just hoping MP will come in near future. [import]uid: 107783 topic_id: 7099 reply_id: 70945[/import]
I can’t believe this post is 10 months old, and there is still no sign of Game Center. Our company purchased Corona with an expectation of Game Center multiplayer in the near future. Has this feature been dropped, or is it just more difficult to implement than previously thought? [import]uid: 18601 topic_id: 7099 reply_id: 72339[/import]
