Game Edition, no longer?

Forgive me if this has already been answered many times before.

Is the game edition rolled into the current SDK available for download? I am trying to use the onTilt event and it does not seem to be working. So I am wondering if this is not available in what I just downloaded. Or if I am just doing something wrong.

When I go to the purchase page all I see is the SDK so I am leaning towards my problem being the latter.
