Hi, when I try the gameCenter connection in the Xcode simulator I have an error “the app isn’t recognized by the gameCenter”, how can I try the game center in the beta app (not published yet) ?

You can’t test GameCenter in the simulator. You have to test it on a real device.  I’ll move the post to the appropriate forum.

Does the GameCenter plugin work on macOS yet?

The Corona Labs GameCenter plugin does not support macOS or tvOS. There is a community plugin by Scott Harrison that does.
