I’d like to get in contact to German speaking users and/or users living in Germany. I think there are some regional problems with marketing and tax - so it could make sense to put the heads together.

as far as I know you don’t have to pay extra taxes on your iTunes income:
“Customer VAT is collected by Apple and remitted under its VAT number to local tax authorities. There is no VAT on the vendor payments.”
