Is there a way to get the HEAD information of a webpage asynchronously. I can do it synchronously using luasockets, but that causes freezing and such. I need the HEAD information so I can read and follow any redirects on my network.download.
Alternatively if the network.download would follow redirects that would fix my prob, but longer term since you support GET/POST adding HEAD information shouldn’t be too hard as it’s easy to do using the luasockets.
