Please help me and tell me how resolve this issue. [import]uid: 94225 topic_id: 17554 reply_id: 317554[/import]

Those appear to all be armv6 devices.

From the top of the page you linked to:
Note: As of daily build 328 (3/24/2011), we are only supporting Android 2.2 and newer devices running the ArmV7 processor. Building for Android 1.5, 1.6, and 2.0 has been deprecated due to a number of limitations in those versions of Android. We are only supporting ArmV7 processor because of the speed improvements from the hardware floating point support.

is it mean that people who are use this phones can’t use my apps (if I build them with CORONA SDK build 2011.591) ??? [import]uid: 94225 topic_id: 17554 reply_id: 66716[/import]

Users with armv6 will not be able to install your apps. It should also be filtered out in the Marketplace so they don’t try to grab it.

There have been many threads about this in the forums plus official responses by Carlos on the issue. I recommend you search the archives if you want additional information on the topic.
