Just a quick update. I noticed that some data are being collected initially (even with the warning) but after that it stops updating.
Is there any update to this? Thanks.
You need to give engineering some time. They’ve had less than 24 hours on this.
Rob
Hi Rob… Noted. I will wait patiently. :)
Hi,
I’m also having this issue with my iOS app not being reported in the GA dashboard. Android is working well.
Here’s my log file for additional info, hope it helps:

Thanks!

Are we anywhere close to solving this issue? Thanks.
It was assigned to an engineer yesterday. I have no visibility into their workload.
Rob
Are we able to see the list of bugs reported and their status?
No. You will get emails if the engineers have questions and when the bug is solved.
Rob
Hi Rob… The email will be sent to me? I did not manage to get any email regarding my bug submission when first submitted and in the end you were the one who created it.
Good point. I filed the bug report so I’ll get any communications.
This fix should be live in an hour or so. Check after 2pm ET.
Rob
Any idea what the actual impact is for a live app? I have an app that is live and doesn’t seem to have a problem. Wondering if I should bother getting another version up or wait for the next release.
Adrian
There should be no impact on a live app. If you’re app is working and reporting values you expect, then no rush to update. If you feel your traffic numbers should be hire based on sales and other metrics, then it might be worth a rebuild and republish.
Thanks for the good news. I will try it now.
Is this fix going to be in a new daily build, or will the same Corona build download the latest plugin?
Your existing Corona SDK build will pull down the latest plugin. You should be able to just build as normal and pick up the changes.
Thanks Rob, will try and let you know how it goes.
Is there another update after it went live yesterday? Strangely, the apps I build today with the Google Analytics plugin is not collecting any data. Yesterday it was fine.
I’m only sure of the one change.
Is any one else not seeing data?
Can you build the sample app and see if it’s working correctly? https://github.com/coronalabs/plugins-sample-googleAnalytics
