Google updated their Google Maps API to version 2. . Is it available in CORONA SDK also ?? does anyone have links to tutorials to google maps using CORONA SDK??

i wanna start digging Google Maps but I wanna use CORONA not Android SDK :slight_smile:

Corona does not use version 2 of Google Maps.  Instead, Corona’s map views are implemented via Google’s web APIs.  This allows us to display maps on devices that do not include Google’s Map library, such as the Kindle Fire and Nook tablets.
