Google Play - do I need Achievments and Leader Boards? Point and Click Game Question

My point-and-click adventure game does not keep scores, there are not leaderboards, there are no achievments in the game. None whatsoever!

Google Play says when I go to publish the game:

“You have not published your settings for Google Play Games services for this game. If you make your game available on the Google Play store before enabling Google Play Games services then Google Play Games services will not work within the game. Do you want to publish anyway?”   Should I go ahead and just publish the game anyway?

It also says I need at least 5 acheivements to publish the game???

Can I publish the game without “Google Game services”?

I am ready to go - this one last thing is holding me back.  Thanks, Jan

NEVER MIND THIS!!   From my Google Developer Console, I click on the game while in the “Game Services” tab.   I was able to delete the game from the Game Services only section.   I finally got the game published - they said it would be a couple of hours.   Wahoo!!
