 Ive signed up and paid $25 dollars for Google Developer.  Where can I find documentation on setting up game and screenshots and info on Google Play?

Use Google and search for “google play developer console”.

I can’t grab the URL because I’m already logged in.  There you setup your apps.  They will tell you want all you need.
