I have a Ninja runner game for iOS. We used the same Corona code to port to Android. We’ve got the game running great but I noticed that there’s a bug with the store function in the game. The iOS version runs fine, even when running it on the Android simulators. One guy on Odesk suggested I ask you guys.
I had an *Redacted* programmer on Elance doing work for me. He suggested we do work outside of Elance. I stupidly agreed and he basically ran with my money. I asked for a refund when he couldn’t deliver and he said he already spent the money and would need more money to fix my bug. So I’m in a bad spot and have a publisher upset becuase I haven’t delivered the project and most of my programming budget is already spent.
Would anybody be willing to take a quick look at the two versions I have and see if there is any way to do a quick fix? I can pay but based on my experience would rather work through Elance or Odesk. Also my budget is a bit limited at this point due to the *Redacted* guy squandering it on a new goat (or whatever else he bought with it.)
I have studied your requirement to fix bug in Ninja runner game. I believe that freelancers are usually not reliable for project where as company are much reliable to create credibility and for successful completion of job.
We are ready to work upon your corona bug fix project as we have experienced team of corona engineers to work on odesk or Elance based on your preference.
Thought I had replied to this earlier, Thanks for all the responses guys, I think the problem is fixed. You guys were all very helpful.
Danny I run a freelance art business so by no means would I assume that all Freelancers are shady. I’m very ethical with my work but not everyone in the world is like that.
Also, big ups to Phil from Supertapp Interactive that helped me out with this. He did a great job.
Please refrain from bringing race into any post. It serves no purpose even as a description. Since the OP seems to have his technical problem solved, I’m locking this thread while we determine it’s future.
