the second round of beta testing will be starting tomorrow.
changes for this beta release are better performance, more options then the first beta, easier api, and there will be two versions when released.
a lite version with limited capabilities
and a full version which will allow particles made with circles, squares, rectangles, text, images, imageRect, and spritesheets from spritegrabber.
