Are there any corona/lua libraries for creating a variety of graphs within corona? I’ve read about using javascript, ajax and webviews within the documents folder - but wondered if there was anything within corona that would dynamically draw graphs.

Not really. Although you could easily create your own. There was talk on a library being made here(but not sure if it was ever completed.
