It would be great to have a feature to change the grey screen that show up while loading a web popup, to a different color or an image or so

Has this been fixed yet? I know you can set the background as transparent, but during the first few moments of loading there is a grey background that fades out.
Has there been a way to disable/change this grey screen? Or is this another feature that has been buried?
