Gyroscope and Accelerometer samples will not load on nexus 7

I’ve loaded the clean samples for Accelerometer1 and Gyroscope, didn’t touch the source and built them using the file > build for android…

The apk is built and I transfer it to my nexus 7, navigate to it and try to install it, it churns for a few seconds and then says “App not installed”.  (I’ve allowed external apk installation in ICS settings).

Is this a nexus 7 problem?  Android problem? Build problem? Noob problem?

Hi I just successfully built and installed the ‘Gyroscope’ demo to a Nexus 7 with this config:

  • Win 7
  • Build 1089 Pro

I’m aware that the public build is at 1076.  Maybe there is a problem in that build?  Please write back if you’re still stuck and I’ll try the older build to see if I can get it to work.
