Has anyone developed for surface pro 3?

All that I have read about corona support for windows is windows phone 8 or 8.1, but nothing about windows 8.1 apps. Is it possible to use corona to make apps for a surface pro 3 tablet?is it the same os? And if so, is it the same process as developing for phone?

Our current support is for Windows Phone 8 apps only. These are not Universial apps that will run on Surface RT machines.  Our Win32 .exe builds are in closed beta and we are working on making it open beta soon.  The Surface pro should run Win32.exe builds.
