Hello.... and an embarrassing question

Hi

I have recently started learning Corona as part of a digital media studies course with a slant towards gaming. I’m really enjoying corona and how quickly its possible to get something going on the simulator - especially as I am completely new to coding.

The question I have is this - Is it possible to de-authorize the software online?

In this course, we very rarely get to use the same computer twice, so over the last couple of weeks,  I would use one of my 4 email addresses and then of course I would forget to deauthorize when I was finished. As a result there are 8 laptops in the college authorized under my email addresses - they are regularly moved around so I can’t track them down to deauthorize them myself - and I dont want to have to set up another address.

Any help would be really appreciated

Jim

“End all sessions” would be a nice option on the website. Having said that…

If you email the team I’m sure they’ll help you out, but ultimately - as with anything valuable - it is your responsibility to make sure you take it with you when you leave.

Thanks horacebury, will send a mail

Hi @jim.manning,

I looked up your account and I see various e-mails which might belong to you (or might not). In the e-mail to supportATcoronalabsDOTcom, please include all of the e-mails you’ve used, so we can de-authorize all accounts associated with them.

Thanks!
