Hello everyone i am new to Corona.

Hi everyone my name is Ryan i am 11 years old i am interested in creating games but programming has always been so hard.After hearing about Corona and watching tutorials i decided to give it a try.It seems the community is great and very helpful.I heard about game salad but my brother recommended Corona since he’s been using Corona.I am looking forward to learning and making this a fun experience.

Hey Ryan, welcome!

As Rodrigo said, your brother is certainly right - Corona is awesome and with a little effort you will find you can learn how to make some great apps with it :slight_smile:

(I know you’d probably expect me to say that, being staff, but I’m actually an ex GS user myself.)

One great resource I can recommend is learningcorona.com - it has a list of all tutorials available and is really useful when learning :slight_smile:

Also I would tell you to start with @Peachs Newbies Tutorials at - www.techority.com - as those tutos are SUPER for anyone wishing to learn Corona right away and from scratch literally! :) Just my .2c! PS: Ive started by there and I would never regret it, principally knowing that @Peach is much more than an Awesome person and Ansca Mobile`s Staff as well - just ask help and her is going to “catch” your hand. :wink:
