I had upload my app.
But play store console say that
“You translated the store listing into Japanese, Korean (South Korea) and Chinese (Simplified) but not the APK.”
I don’t know why… what can i do?

I believe these are just recommendations, and you can click the “not now” button on the right hand side.
Keep in mind that they have recommended this for good reason. If your store listing is in Japanese/Korean/Chinese then a user could reasonably expect that the game itself is too. When they start the game up and those languages are not supported, it could lead to negative reviews.
That’s not guaranteed to happen, but it’s worth keeping in mind.
