I’ve created the app information in iTunes Connect.
I’ve got all the signing/provisioning done.
I try to upload the built app using Application Loader but the application is greyed out and I cannot select it

Supported Formats
Application Loader supports ZIP files produced by Finder. For specific details, refer to the iOS Reference Library in the iOS Dev Center for creating properly signed ZIP files.
