This is despite me being logged in.

Trying logging out and logging back in and see if that helps.

If it doesn’t, which link specifically are you trying to load?  http://developer.coronalabs.com/showcase/submit-your-game-or-app or the submit button after filling in all the details of your app?

Hi, logging out/in didn’t solve the issue.  I have tried on a different machine and on different browsers.

The problem manifests when I click “continue” on this page…
