Help!...Draw a line using pencil Graphic...

Hi all,

I would like to draw a line like below,

using a pencil graphic like below,

When I swipe using the pencil graphic between the english letter,a line show be showed at the tip of the pencil graphic like below,

May I know is it possible to do that? If yes,please advise me how to make it.I really need your help.Thanks…

I believe this question was asked a couple of days ago - AFAIK there should be code in the Code Exchange to get you on your way.
