Help finding tutorials that work...

Getting Started Newbie Questions

Can anyone recommend some good tutorials that WORK?  I’ve tried a good number of tutorials that are either outdated - using v1.0 of the graphics system - or just plain don’t work… even when I load their downloadable files and run them right from the simulator.

I’m really anxious to learn, but this constant inability to complete a tutorial is getting frustrating.

They should all pretty much work. if not, let us know…

Thanks! I’ll take a look but I think I tried one here and had issues.  I’ll try again.  I REALLY, REALLY want to get up on Corona SDK but I’ve wasted so much time on tutorials that seem to be older and not working and unfortunately, there is no clear translation from 1.0 to 2.0…

I tried the sample from Jay Whyne (crash course), it works. It’s basically a simple game from start to finish.

Thanks… that was good… the only thing off on it was the orientation of the graphics. 

But that was really helpful!
