Help needed: Samsung store not accepting Game

I did upload a new game to the Samsung store and now got a message the game could not be installed because it was “Blocked by Play Protect”.
The reason was the “developer is unknown” to Play Protect.

I did develop this app for the Samsung store. What am I missing here?
What does it have to do with Google Play?

Any help welcome!

From what I understand, you need to publish your app on Google Play(source) or fill out an appeals form → Play Protect Appeals Submission Form - Play Console Help (source)
