Help plz... I can't start the sdk after change my password

Hi:

I just reset my corona password on coronalabs.com. After the reset, the sdk is not working.

When I start the sdk, it pop up a window with 3 options, “quit”, “verify purchase” and “Buy Now”.

After I choose verify purchase, en error pop up and shows “Cloud not deauthorize application. plz try again”.

Please help me to fix this… I have a request from a client and I need the sdk working asap.

What version of the Corona SDK are you using?  If it’s not the last public release (build 2013.1137) then upgrade to that and you should be fine.

If you don’t want to upgrade you can remove your Corona SDK preferences.  How you do this is different on Windows and Mac and you don’t mention which you are running.

If you are running on a Mac do the following:

Run these commands in a Terminal window (ignore any errors):

defaults delete com.anscamobile.ratatouille defaults delete com.coronalabs.Corona\_Simulator

If you are running on Windows, do the following:

  1. Delete the Ansca Mobile registry key: Run Regedit.exe from the CMD line.
  2. Search for “Ansca Corona” in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
  3. Delete the registry key.
  4. See this link for information about using Regedit: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/tools_regeditors.mspx?mfr=true

It’s working now.
