Hi,
We developed an App for McDonald’s, all working ok, but from 4 days ago, for some customers the App stopped working, no connection to the internet… it looks like their IP is blocked.
We use Digital Ocean, and Amazon S3 and I cannot find anything blocking any IPs…
We also cannot find a way to replicate the problem in house, so just guessing what could be wrong.
Anyone had this problem before?
