HELP - VIDEO - Encoding or How To on Android / Kindle Fire (1)

Hey all I really really need some help.

I have an app that includes a bunch of HTML pages with embedded video

When I used the Corona video / media apis the video plays. When I use the HTML embed or html5 media tags the video does not play and all there is on the screen is a place holder.

Anyone have any clues to what I need to do to fix this??

I have tested both .mp4 and .ogv.

It works fine on IOS 5…x but not on my android devise ( 2.2 through 4.3 )

another question does the Corona Webview use the Webkit that the device uses in the device web browser?
