Help: with adjusting to screens in corona sdk.

I just started with the corona SDK. I made my own app and already put it on the market! The problem however, is that I don’t know the code required to adjust to smaller or larger screens.

For example:
If I play my app on a 7 in tablet, I can see the whole game. But if I play on a 4.5 in phone, I can’t see the whole game.

I need help!

To adjust to different screens, you’ll need to implement content area scaling. The process is detailed in this guide:
