- Tell us what you’ve tried.
- Tell us what you saw that was unexpected in your results.
- Tell us your best guess (if any) as to what is going wrong.

Hey boss. You’re not understanding me. I didn’t say you were being inconvenient. I was saying you didn’t ask a very good question. i.e. We, those who hang out and try to answer questions, need more details so we can give you help.
I want to help, but I need something to go on. So, don’t take my post the wrong way. I simply want you to help me, to help you.
