Please note: Just a title is no good as a question.  In the future please consider asking a detailed (not necessarily long) question.

My personal mantra is: “Be Clear, Concise, and Precise”, when it comes to asking questions.

  • Tell us what you want to do.
  • Tell us what you’ve tried.
  • Tell us what you saw that was unexpected in your results.
  • Tell us your best guess (if any) as to what is going wrong.

Haha sorry first question didn’t ahow right away so I put this up as a test I will delete sorry for the inconvenience

Hey boss.  You’re not understanding me.  I didn’t say you were being inconvenient.   I was saying you didn’t ask a very good question. i.e. We, those who hang out and try to answer questions, need more details so we can give you help.

I want to help, but I need something to go on.  So, don’t take my post the wrong way.  I simply want you to help me, to help you.

I hope that makes sense?

Cheers,

Ed
