Help with Samsung Apps

Hi,
for whatever reason an old employer wants to submit a game to samsung apps (for a game I did back in November). However the game was rejected. They asked for my help, but I’m not sure of what can I do.

-Detected Device: Mid-end Galaxy (LQVGA) and Mid-end Galaxy (QVGA)
-Title: [Installation Error] Cannot download application through Samsungapps
-Test Result:

Application is not installed after the download is complete on Samsung Apps.

1. Execute Samsung Apps
2. ‘GameName’ > ‘Get’ > 'Accept and download’
3. Check the screen

Application should be installed after the download is complete on Samsung Apps.

There are other smaller non-critical errors wich I think I can handle, but I don’t know what can be done for this one. I can try to upload the video that came attached if it helps. [import]uid: 136402 topic_id: 34685 reply_id: 334685[/import]

Hi.

Im sure I had this issue a while ago too, and it was basically because I had selected unsupported device screen sizes.

I make my apps with width of 320 and height at 480. Make sure you only tick the device screen sizes that are larger than this. Eg 320x320 will fail on load.

My app passed on the Samsung store after making sure there were no displays that were less than 320x480. Think it was 63 total devices once everything was selected.

I have no devices marked (LQVGA) and (QVGA) in my device list of 63, so I’m pretty sure this is a good place to start

Should actually be quite a straighforward fix for you hopefully if this is indeed the case.

Hope this helps
