How are the buttons, textboxes, etc created?

I have written a business app for the iPhone, using MonoTouch and XCode. My son wants me to start using Corona. I see where I can create the textboxes, buttons, keyboard, etc. (using “native interface”) which I assume is in the format that the iPad/iPhone require.

My question is: does Corona take care of all of this automatically? All of the samples I have seen are for games, not productivity apps. Is there a book or doc devoted to business apps that you would recommend? [import]uid: 28695 topic_id: 22110 reply_id: 322110[/import]

Check out what I made for a company using Corona SDK:

Trust me, business applications are extremely easy to build using Corona.

See here http://developer.anscamobile.com/content/native-ui

Also there are several examples available that are shipped with the corona sdk under sample code [import]uid: 84637 topic_id: 22110 reply_id: 87907[/import]
