How can I make this shape?

Hi,

How can I make this shape with physics in Corona?

I rather to find a visual way because my game designer will probably want to change this shape and try variations.

Feel free to suggest 3rd party applications if they can do this.

Thanks. [import]uid: 206803 topic_id: 36762 reply_id: 336762[/import]

For a physics body or just a shape?

If it’s a physics body, I don’t know, given the limitations of 8 points max and all that.

Otherwise, I’ve got some code that can do that. It’s quite simple, too.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I want it to be physical but it’s physical shape doesn’t need to be very accurate because it just needs to act as a shield. [import]uid: 206803 topic_id: 36762 reply_id: 145067[/import]

Although there is a limitation of physics points, you can have more than one shape for a display object.

I would download the PhysicsEditor application which is free to use (kind of) and then you can trace the object and it will create a lua file with the physics data for you, which will be made up of several physics shapes [import]uid: 75910 topic_id: 36762 reply_id: 145090[/import]
