How can I view logged issues like 12405?

I managed to find my way to FogBugz and I can see the titles of the Corona backlog and bugs. Is that the correct way to review them? I cannot see any additional details - clicking on the title or case number leads to a ‘Case not Found’ page.

I have a problem that sounds exactly like:
12405 Custom fonts have vertical offset on iOS vs. Simulator

I am running with Corona Build: 2012.812
