How can we Pause or Edit an Audio File

Is there anyway to edit an audio file once it’s created?

I’m using media.newRecording(filePath) but only see an option for stopping the recording and then beyond that only Playback options are available.

I’m looking for a way to Seek to a position and then overwrite at that point.

Additionally Pausing a recording and then a Resume and append to the current open file would help.

Any tips are appreciated.

Hello -

Anyone able to answer this? I have a project that depends on these features and if Corona can not do them I can’t use it. If it can I ready to get going!
