How do I deauthorize my license from a machine I do not have access to anymore?

I recently (finally) got a MacBook Pro. I had Coronoa installed on my old Mac - which I formatted and “cleaned” for the wife. Problem is, I forgot to deauthorize my license on it. So, now that I can’t get to it, how do I deauthorize it so I can install it on my shiny new Mac?
Help!

ok I’ve sent 2 emails to Support to try to get help with this - but I have not heard back.
Is there a different, or better way, to contact support and get this resolved?
Thanks.

The only choices you have are

  1. Send another email
  2. Travel to their office and get loud

You have to be patient with AM. Maybe they are to busy now, shipping the Game edition now to selected developers. Or are out of the office. I don’t know. Just send them another email. I cross my fingers that you will find help fast.
