How do I know my AppID (admob) ?

Hey, 

I made game , and I want to put ads in it , but the problem is that I cant know my appID !

how do I know it ?

You have to create an account with Google/AdMob.  When you create your app and add type (banner, insterstitial) you will get a “Publisher ID” from them.  This is the value you use for the AppID within Corona SDK.
