How do I look up progress on a bug that has been reported to corona

I have been trying to look up progress on Case 27672 but cannot find out how to look it up to see if there any progress

I don’t think there is a way publicly.

The best bet is to search for the email you got back from Corona when you originally submitted the bug. If you reply to that email it will update the case with your reply and Corona’s staff will see the reply and get notified of it.

Thanks Euphoriacorona but that doesnt really help as I didnt raise the bug and corona seem to be ignoring any posts about it

Maybe Rob or Brent can check out the status for you perhaps ?
