How do you set native video audio volume?

Good Morning,

I’ve seen this question asked a couple of times but I have never seen a defintive answer.  Can someone tell me how to set the volume on the native video player?

Hi Arthur,

I don’t know of any way to currently set the volume of a native video object in Corona. It depends on the device’s master volume.

Hi Brent,

I’m specifically working with the Ipad video player.  The reason I ask is because my corona audio objects are louder than the native video which tells me native video is playing back at some other level.

Am I all wet?

That’s strange that the audio files are louder than the native. Have you adjusted the volume of the master channel? Does this apply to all audio files, or just some? If you compare the audio files with the video outside of Corona, how do they compare in respect to volume?

Those are good ideas and I think that’s how I will fix my current issue.  I’ll just do it on the video file.
