How long after you submit an app to the Android marketplace does it take to show up? When do you get a URL for it?

Android is almost instant. they don’t even review the app. takes an hour or two after you have uploaded and your link is there.
Although with that said, they may review your app at a later date and can suspend your app if it does not comply with their terms. if that happens too many times and they can ultimately suspend your account.
Amazon will review, they normally take a few days.

I will say in my very limited Android experience it actually took around 5 or 6 hours to get a link one time, about 3 the other.
