How long does it take to get a response about the refund?

Hello,

I asked for the refund for my pro license. 

You guys were so nice to tell me to renew my license on monday, which I did, only to send me a newsletter later in the evening that the pro version is now Free. I had already renewed.

I send the email requesting a refund, but haven’t heard back yet. Send the mail monday march 2nd.

We received the requests and we’re working through them in order. If you don’t hear back anything by early next week, please bump this thread to remind me.

Hi everyone - rest assured we will get to everyone. We are just working through the requests.

Sorry to hijack this thread however I have only just got around to requesting a refund but when I did the email permanently failed. I have sent the same email to support just to make sure the request gets somewhere.

Sorry about that. Once in a while Google Apps will do that and an email to an alias will fail (but it should work again…). But if you sent to support@coronalabs.com we will also get it.
