How to access the system.DocumentDirectory on I-Os and copy files ?

Hello IOS experts!

The system.DocumentDirectory maps to /var/mobile/Applications/3B12341-6415-4571-BEDE-B7C3412E640/Documents/

How can I access the directory from my PC/Mac. Is there a way without jailbreaking the device ?

Answering my own post:

I tried IFunBox before, but overlooked the MyApplications section. You can access the files under the /documents folder.
