I have been trying to figure this out for a while now. It seems like it should be an easy thing so I have no idea why I am struggling with it. How do I change my profile image here in the forums? I found another Thread detailing how, I followed the directions but my image still isn’t appearing. What am I doing wrong???
I’ve had this issue for a while. You are probably doing everything right. Corona Staff said the cause was some sort of “lag” on their server. This hasn’t been fixed in months.
Bump… Anybody from Corona Labs care to answer this? Close to 50 views so I’m not the only one wondering. If indeed this has been going on for months, then shame on you Corona! A working forum is pretty basic, not sure why simple things are always so hard for Corona to get done, smh.

Yup, I have read it and uploaded an image to gravatar so I guess my pic should change soon.
Brent, its still not working… I can see the image changed if I go to coronalabs.com and go to my account settings, but on the forum its still hasn’t changed. Sigh, I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong on my part. I know its possible because I see others in the forums have images, so what gives??? This should be a simple thing, and if not, it should be documented somewhere.

I was just about to investigate this further, and I see your image/avatar is finally showing. 
Did you do anything specific between last night and this morning, or did it just take some time for the “cache” to clear and apply the image? I’d like to post a sticky about how to put up an image, so if you can specify anything that you did… file size, format, where you uploaded it, etc… this will help me to outline the method.

I didn’t do anything specific at all. It just took time for the “cache” to clear. I signed up for/in to gravatar then uploaded my image, about a day later I could see that my image on CoronaLabs.com changed but not my profile image in the forums. After the 2nd day I noticed my forum image had changed. So the simplest thing I can think of is just to sign in to gravatar and change your image and wait about 2 days and it’ll take effect. I did notice my gravatar show up on other sites well before it showed up in the CoronaLabs forums.
