This is not a general developer forum. This is specific to corona. Not sure if anybody can help you with python, PHP, and HTML here.
What @agramonte said, plus this seems to be the same exact thread as this https://forums.coronalabs.com/topic/74732-how-to-creat-a-dating-app/ but only with a new account. 
Even if this was all geared towards Corona, the question would still be a bit too much of “Please do all my research and googling for me and my project, then bring me the results”.

My apologies for not following this as closely as I should. I’m still fighting the flu.
The Original Poster, these are forums for developers who are using our product “Corona” to create amazing 2D games and applications. Corona uses Lua as it’s main language. Clearly depending on your game or app’s needs knowing web service languages like PHP and HTML are healthy to know and our developers will have a pretty good of knowing additional languages, but it’s not the focus of these forums. You will find much better support for those topics elsewhere.
I have also removed the spam-like URLs attached. Please don’t link to irrelevant locations.
