how to create horizontally scrollable menu for layout editor

Hi, How can I create a horizontally scrollable menu whhich contains different objects,

so that I can easily drag objects to the screen just like in clash of clans village editor does.

Well the thing you want to do seems a bit complicated - maybe you should try posting the thread in ‘general questions’. Also you have not mentioned enough info about your project.
