How To Customize A Segmented Control Widget?

Corona staff said that they would do a tutorial about customizing widgets, but I’m still waiting for it and there is not new info about it. I think they dispose the idea.

Could someone tell me how to create a modified version of a segmented control widget? I just want to change the colour to green. I read in the API that I need to create a image sheet, but I’m not really sure how to do it.

Hi Florca.

We haven’t scrapped the idea of creating the tutorial for customising widgets at all. It has just had to sit on the back burner a little longer than expected due to the higher priority of fixing bugs/issues with the widget library. The guide is in progress and is most certainly coming, I assure you.
