How to Deauthorize an expired Corona Enterprise Install and revert to Pro Subscription

Hi Everyone,

I am attempting to get back to my original Corona Pro subscription without Corona Enterprise. I was trying out Corona Enterprise and expired yesterday and along with it, it appears my Pro subscription. I checked my account and it also says expired. I am paid up until the end of the 3rd quarter this year so I can guess that is an administrative/technical error.

I ran the standard preferences deauth routine and also ran a deauthorize from the command line like this:

Username~ username$ /Applications/CoronaEnterprise/Corona/mac/bin/CoronaBuilder.app/Contents/MacOS/CoronaBuilder deauthorize ****@**** ********

Deauthorization succeeded.

While both methods gave indication that Corona SDK install was deauthorized, it still puts up the nag screen.

As of today I am still not able to login to my pro sub account both on the Web and with Corona SDK.

Regarding Corona SDK, while I was able to reinstall it again,  it is continually asking me to renew my subscription and to add insult to injury, it also gives a “Trial copy” warning on my builds :frowning:

Please advise if there is a specific method on how to remove enterprise, do I just delete the folder? I moved it out of the Application folder, even trashed it and even said three wishy wishes and  still no love ;)…lol…

Thanks for your time.

I’ve deauthed you, can you try it now?

Thanks Rob,

I just tried it now and it didn’t appear to work. Additionally, my account no longer shows I am a pro subscriber.

Here’s what I did:

  1. On my end here, it was still running, so I quit out of it and proceed to go to preferences to deauth the install.

  2. I clicked the “Deauthorize and Quit” button.

  3. A prompt appeared asking “Are you sure you want to continue?”, I clicked the Deauthorize and Quit button.

  4. Status appearing giving indication it was connecting to the server.

  5. It said it was successfully deauthorised.

  6. Quit

I then relaunched Corona SDK. here’s how that went:

  1. License agreement shows and I click agree.

  2. Developer login appears and I enter my credentials.

  3. I click login and it says congrats.

  4. It then shows an alert asking me if I want to renew.

The above are the steps I’ve been using. I also couple that with the command line deauth. It didn’t work.

I’ll do a restart as well and let you know how it goes. That was the only thing I’ve yet to do today.

Thanks for your help.

You may need to contact support at   support AT coronalabs DOT com  to get them to look into it.  I can just do deauths.

Thanks for your help.

As a notation, the restart didn’t work. I’ll proceed to e-mail support.

I can’t change user account in mac.

I used ashokry@me.com before.

this is not mine and mine is zhongge702@gmail.com

I don’t know password for previous account.

What do i have to do?

For the SDK product, there is an option on the Preferences menu called “Deauthorize and Quit”.  That should log you out of whatever account you’re on and give you a change to login with a different account.
