How to deauthorize my machine

I recently had the computer I was developing on crash and I had to buy a new computer. I started developing on this machine. I had to reinstall Windows 7 OS on this machine and when I tried to reload corona software to this machine, it said I had two computers with this software already on and I needed to deauthorize one. I don’t know how to do this. Please advise. [import]uid: 168506 topic_id: 34618 reply_id: 334618[/import]

Use this form and select the (de)authorize option in the “My issue is about:” drop-down list.
http://developer.coronalabs.com/forms/support

It’ll then probably be fixed within 24 hours. [import]uid: 129287 topic_id: 34618 reply_id: 137631[/import]

Thanks for the help. Will do. [import]uid: 168506 topic_id: 34618 reply_id: 137634[/import]

betsyjsg - Dr.Mabuse is right. Normally the best way to do this is by filling out that form. However I just went ahead and de-auth’d you right now. You should be good to go now.
